assigning user admin permission without compromising the admin login/password
Is there some combination of permissions that can be assigned to a Group so that the administration of users eg the ability to assign users to pre-defined Groups and to set up new users etc can be 'delegated' without this sub-admin being able to change the admin password etc.
I thought some changes in 1.9.8 were going to help in this area but I can't see anything new here
