Get rid of &bl in wiki links URL

Is there a way to remove weird and ugly &bl empty HTTP GET parameter in wiki links like this one : TikiWiki ?

Besides it screws static links when you generate wiki dumps, which is too bad.

bl stands for "best language" — you need to turn off the Detect Browser Language option. Please see the docs for details.
