Re: RSS Feed for a specific Tiki page?
I'm no genius in this but it seems that an RSS feed must come from a page that has a formalized way of entering data in discrete chunks. What I mean is that a blog entry, calendar item or a file or image in a gallery, or an article entry can be RSS'd but a standard wiki page of text cannot. I certainly could be wrong but I've never found a way to RSS a wiki page.
A little creativity with how you use those features may enable you to get your info out in an RSS. You might use a Blog or Articles to enter current issues, then RSS that.
Also note that you can use an RSS feed from your site back to your site; for example, I have a file gallery for one group of folks and a page for their meeting info. I stick an RSS feed for the file gallery on the info page (all within my tiki) and it gives me the last n number of entries. The number displayed is set both in the setup for RSS and in the max argument: rssID=34 max=5 within the brackets.
