There's a little button, looks like a screen in the top left of the icon bar. That'll expand the edit window.

In 1.10 it may also do away with your L&R columns and the "save" button -you'll have to click the screen icon again to return so you can save and get yer columns back.

In 1.10 it will come up automatically if you have it turned on in admin. The WYSIWIG is much more implemented in 1.10 though that release is not the stable version (as I understand it).
