Sometimes I get these errors:

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'db/tiki-db.php' (include_path='/home/httpd/ijbrug.nl/http/DEFAULT/tiki1.7.2/lib:/home/httpd/ijbrug.nl/http/DEFAULT/tiki1.7.2/lib/pear:.:/usr/share/pear:/usr/local/phpwhois') in /home/httpd/ijbrug.nl/http/DEFAULT/tiki1.7.2/setup.php on line 3

When i hit refris a couple of times the error will go away. When i click a link it sometimes returens then need to do a refresh again. What happend my install worked fine for about two weeks. I have this problem on 1.7.1.1 and did a quick upgrade to 1.7.2 but still see this problem.
