Simply enable the Site Menu Bar option on the Administration: Site Identity page. I believe it will use, by default, menu ID 42.

Thx for the info.
But I have enabled the Site Menu Bar in the Administration: Site Identiy as well as enabled PHP Layers dynamic menus in the Administration:Features

Is there any other configuration required for this ?

That should have worked. Maybe you're using an older Tiki version or a theme that does not support the Site Menu Bar option? Which Tiki version and theme are you using?
