Ahh... I also recently discovered JS-Kit and added it to Smarties — very cool. — You stole my next blog post! 
If you want the rating to appear on every page, you need to add the JS-Kit code to your tiki-show_page.tpl template, as I did, here, for example. You'll need to include both the path and permalink attributes in order to generate a unique rating per page.
If you want the rating only on a single (or specific) pages, use the Javascript Plugin.
