    Is there any way to have the reply to a post that came in via email automatically be returned to the sender?

    We are looking for a bug-tracking system and currently only offer user-support via e-mail. We thought about using the tikiwiki forum, but we need to be able to answer the user via email, as well as letting the user view the answer on the forum site.

    Hi htrimas, this is a good idea.
    I just verified all our RFEs and we have no such thing asked. You should issue one.
