Hi.. I'm running TW 1.9.11
I tried setting a page monitor - click on the 'eye' icon & it changed to a red cross. The entry appeared in the 'email notifications' page. But when I made an edit on that page, I didn't receive a message. Is there something else needed?

email sending works ok - I've used it with password resets.
