    Hi Carsten and Everyone else,

    After a lot of digging around finally the answer. The document is correct as mentioned above with one flaw. There is no explanation to where anti-bot security can be turned on. So if you have activated the contact us form (for sure) or anything else (I think) where Anonymous can post then you need to go to the "tiki-admin.php?page=wiki" page and turn "Anonymous editors must input anti-bot code:"
