I get this error message in the web browser when loading the site:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster at gilb.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/1.3.37 Server at www.gilb.com Port 80

If I reload the page, it (sometimes) loads properly.

In my accesslog, I get this message:

[Mon Nov 24 09:00:43 2008] [error] [client xx.202.66.xx] Premature end of script headers: /public_html/tiki-view_tracker.php
