Security Configuration - Groups, Users, Categories
I am trying to get a working security configuration and have read just about everything I can in order to understand how to do this. Something, is still going wrong.
The object is to only users in the group EDITORS access to a structure called PROJECT INFORMATION.
Here is what I have done.
1. Create a group called EDITORS
2. Assigned the user SAM to the EDITORS group
3. Assign the privileges "tiki_p_view_categories" and "tiki_p_edit_categories" to the EDITORS group. (I think that this specifies that any user in this group can view and edit categories that are assigned to this group)
4. Create a category called EDITORS (I named it the same name as the group to help keep things straight)
5. Created a structure called "PROJECT INFORMATION" I assigned it to the category EDITORS because I only want people in the EDITORS group to be able to see documents in this structure.
I think that I then have to assign the category EDITORS to the group EDITORS
but I have no idea how or where to do this. HELP. Where do you go to do this??
As it stands now, Sam can see all the structures that have not had any security on them but Sam can not see the PROJECT INFORMATION structure.
