Menu Issues / Displays as Admin / Not as User

Problem:

I have the following menu I created:

Home (Option)
Application (Section 0)
Wikis (Option)
Blogs (Option)

As the user Admin I can see it below all the normal menu stuff and the Applications section collapses in and out.

As a user wilsonmi I can only see the following:

Wikis
Blogs

Question: What needs to be changed to allow me as a user to see the complete menu with the section?

The user needs permission to the features you enabled.

Did you give the group that user wilsonmi belongs to, the necessary permissions for the features? Please see the docs for details.
