I want the site to be private but can't seem to work out how approved users can login

I am sure this has been raised before but after searching the forums and help files I can't find the answer.

I have set up tiki wiki for a confidential project and have (as Admin) registered the six other participants. The login page shows only username and password and won't let anyone in but me, as Admin.

To emphasise: I don't want the pages to be visible to anyone other than those I give permission to.

Any help gratefully received. Thanks. Hugh

Thanks Rick. I have removed the one permission under Anonymous - which was view pages. But I still can't get a page which allows the six I have given permission to, to log on. What am I missing? Thanks. HughUK

This is driving me crazy. Still can't get it to allow those with permission to sign in. Could someone tell me anything about these permissions? Where are they, what should they be set to? And give any other help? I've put a lot of work into content, and can't share it with those who need access. Thanks. Hugh

Do you have a group for the six participants? Did you add the view permission for that group?

Also confirm that you are not using any page-specific permissions (they will override your group permissions).

Are your pages in categories? Be sure to grant the necessary category permissions to the group, too.
