Yes, there is. You have to grant the required action log permissions to the groups you want, in order to let them view the action log of their own, at least (or the groups to which they belong to, maybe?, I?m not sure)

Btw, Contribution feature in Tiki is more advanced than just simple contributions, don't get confused by the name (in tiki it's more about "Contribution types"):
