Url shortcuts

Ok I actually have two questions here.

The first is how do I make it so that the URL like::

http://hoidscompendium.org/coppermind/Raoden

Would go into the Raoden page? Which would be located here ::

http://hoidscompendium.org/coppermind/tiki-index.php?page=Raoden

Also:: Where is the regular create page button?

For the url, take a look at this documentation: http://doc.tikiwiki.org/Clean+URLs

For a create page button, I usually use Quick edit module and assign it to a side menu. For how to place it on a page, see http://doc.tikiwiki.org/Module+quick_edit.
