Please if you find more issues with the conversion of Mediawiki syntax to Tiki syntax report them here:

The syntax conversion itself is not handled by Tiki. It is handled by PEAR package Text_Wiki.

I already fixed the redirect issue. Please see:

They will be available in Tiki as soon as there is a new Text_Wiki release. Not planed yet. So I suggest you replace lib/pear/Text with the Text_Wiki svn repository:

http://svn.php.net/repository/pear/packages/Text_Wiki/trunk
