    • Add Page in a structure does not link it to the structure

    Tried to create a new page from inside a structure by adding the new name in the box and pushing "Add Page" button.
    Just like described in:
    http://twbasics.keycontent.org/Adding+Pages+to+Structures&structure=TikiWiki+for+Smarties#Creating_New_Pages

    The Page is created but not linked to the structure.
    No difference between child or not.
    Tried this in two different setups of tikiwiki 6.1.
    I am logged in as admin.
    I looked for a permission or feature that I maybe have not activated but can not find one.
    Please help an enthusiastic newbee question
    PS: maybe connected issue:
    The category attached to the structure is not connected to the page either - but should be, right?

    This is a known issue in 6.1 and is fixed in 6.2 (which should be available shortly).

    Is it true even for my second mentioned issue:

    The category attached to the structure is not connected to the page either - but should be, right?

    Or should I put it to a separate post?

    I don't think Tiki will automatically categorize the newly created page for you. When you create the page, while you're editing it, use the Category tab to select the category.

    yes, it does! (6.2)
    If you define a structure with a category (did not test it with more than one) then any new page "inherits" this category.

    Is the "add page to structure bug" really addressed in 6.2?
    Don't find it in the release doc.
    The only fix I found concerning "add page" on http://dev.tiki.org/tiki6#Tiki_6.2 is

    "When using the edit Structure screen and the "Add pages to current node:" facility the filter now requires the full/exact name of a page before it will filter down to it."

    But this is another problem, right?

    Is there another location I could look for it?

    If it is not solved in 6.1 I would not need to update my tikis.

    Yes, it work's!!
    So the only question remaining is: where could I have read it in the release doc?
