Live support.....how notified of an incoming support request?

This is an issue with me. I have enabled the Live Support module and placed it on my front page. Even anon users can use it. But my issue is the lack of an adequate notification of an incoming live support request. How am I to know that someone is ringing me? Is there no bell? whistle? buzz? popup? anything to let me know that someone has initiated a live support request?
