    1. checking if the object perms do not override category perms
    2. checking if the tracker is categorized and if the category perms do not override globals
    3. checking if the field's visibility/edit is not limited to a group

    1. The tracker has no individual permissions. Global permissions apply.
    2. The tracker is not categorized
    3. The two fields are not hidden


    Anonymous group has the following permissions:

    • Can see the category in a listing (tiki_p_view_category)
    • Can add objects to the category (tiki_p_add_object)
    • Can create new items for trackers (tiki_p_create_tracker_items)


    For Anonymous, all the other fields in the tracker are saved properly... just not these category types.
