Hi Mo,

not much time right now, so I try it bullet point like:

• lefthand main application menu
  menu item categories -> 'click'

• button 'manage categories' or 'admin categories' -> 'click'

• column with names of categories
  left besides the categories a few icons
  see a column of yellow keys? -> 'click' the one besides category 'managers'

• a few tabs
  -> 'click' on tab features, 'tick' appropriate boxes, 'scroll down' and 'save'
  -> 'click' on tab groups, 'tick' managers group, 'scroll down' and 'save'
  -> first tab now with group managers - 'tick' the appropriate permissions

• you´re done

Now, when you go back to 'admin categories' the key is not yellow anymore, but green, which tells you that category pemissions are active on this category.

I hope, my quick and dirty explanation will guide you through.
