Hmm as far what I can see, the webserver just does what you tell him to do (recently had to figure out some rewrite rule aswell):
you tell him to rewrite
- domain.tld/whatsoevercontent
to
- domain.tld/muons3/whatsoevercontent
and exactly this he is doing
what is the actual problem?
