• There are lots of things that could be improved on the Image Gallery - see ImageGalleryDev for some that are already being considered.

• Your idea for emailing users batch added from a CSV file is a good one - I will let others take this up (anybody?)

• Your 'highlight' is in fact a big issue for TikiWiki and has been logged as a RFE for some time - see http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=64258&atid=506849&func=detail&aid=761758 and http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=64258&atid=506849&func=detail&aid=707507

Having said that, it seems that at least one person has managed to do what you need - see MultiTikiOneDB.

Glad to head Tiki is beginning to do some good things for you!
