How do I set-up a multi user select field? (more than one name picked)

I am attempting to create a tracker for documenting our team meetings and am trying to find some way to use the "user selector" field for selecting MULTIPLE names (to allow me to show ALL the people present) rather than just one name. Is there anyway to do this? Thanks!

Does anyone know if I'm even on the right track for doing this?

Thanks,
Reggie

Other than exporting the user list and creating a new tracker item from the list, I don't think this is currently possible.

As a work-around, you might consider creating a personal group for each user (there's an option to do this automatically at registration time) and then using the group selector (which does allow multiple selections) to create a list of users.

You can do this pretty easily with trackers... Include a simple checkbox at the bottom of the page that a user much enable, in order to verify that they've read the information on the page.

If you're using some external tool for your training modules (have you looked at Tiki's Quiz and Survey features?), you could have that application update the tracker info, directly in your database.
