    Hi,

    Have a look at the InstallTikiUnderSafeMode as that deals with some pear issues. Also RC3 in terms of the development release is really old and doesnt have working wiki structures. Youd be better with the latest CVS which can be downloaded via the TikiServersNetwork page.
