Which version of Tiki are you using?
Are you specifying the height of anything in your module that could be cutting if off, instead of it being cut off by a setting in the css?
Wiki syntax uses a hash sign at the start of a line to indicate that that line should have a numbered bullet. If you want a line that starts with a hash, add a space in front of the hash so it isn't starting the line.

or use the non parse wiki tags
