nope, not yet using profiles and handlers very much, but soon will have intensely ;-) .
You copied the YAML to your site? Where did you post it?
=> I think this is not intended. In my point of view you would have to activate "Profiles" on your Tiki and then search for the handler from the profiles administration of your site and apply it.
The profiles.tiki.org repository is added to each Tiki by default.
=> yoursite.com/tiki-admin.php?page=profiles
But afaik, you can do it locally aswell, using Data_Channel, which is kind of advanced ... so see here:
