    already rename your _htaccess to .htaccess

    Did you setup your database and wrote down your credentials? the database is setup
    Do you have SSH access, or do you need to install via FTP? it s not me who install but i think via install FTP

    The problem is resolved with TIKI 12.0 on Version PHP 5.4.20
    12.0 running, but not a 9.7 on this version.
