Anything similar to "views" in drupal?

Hi,
I maintain a greek sci-fi wiki. In a wiki page, I have cataloged the sci-fi books in Greek published last year. I want to place every book below the previous one, so every time I have to add blank lines, save, check if the book is in the right place (usually it isn't, so I have to add more lines or delete a few), save again, check again etc. Even worse: Firefox and Chromium don't show the page the same way and I have to re-adjust adding or deleting more lines -and thanks god, I don't know how this page appears in IE, and I don't want to know either 😊.

In my other site, which runs on drupal, I can easily arrange a page like this in any way I like, in one, two or more columns etc. with the use of "views". People familiar with drupal certainly know what "views" do.

So, do you know if there is anything like "views" in tiki wiki? Or, if not (most possible, I think), is there any other way to make this page easier than the way I do it now? And in more than one column, if I like to?

Hi,
I don't know Drupal's "views" but you can use wiki syntax plugins like SPLIT, FANCYTABLE and/or SORT to organize content of a wiki page in tables. If you would like to do it more database-ish way, you could also use the Trackers feature and add the data about the books in a tracker and then use wikiplugin TRACKERLIST with the "Pretty Trackers".

That was great Luci! With fancytables (about which I knew nothing a few minutes ago) I was able to produce the result I wanted and I am sure I can do better with a little of study / trial!

Now: If you click the link in the first post (above) with firefox and chromium you will see a slightly different appearance. In firefox the text on the two rows on the right of each cell stays separated (better), in chromium the second row is placed higher, so it is "stuck" on the first row.

Any idea why?
