    You can add them separately, or use a service (as I did) such as AddThisQuestion. AddThis also has a PDF export option.


    For your other questions, I suggest that you review the docs on PermissionsQuestion and CategoriesQuestion. You can easily control who can do what to specific pages (or groups of pages: categories).

    I don't fully understand your "template" questions. Note that Tiki's content templatesQuestion are really "starting point" for pages — when you create a new page it can be "pre-loaded" with a content template. However, changing a template will not update existing pages. If you want to be able to control (and change) content on specific pages (even after the page is created), you can use Tiki's Dynamic Content System. Please see the docsQuestion for details.
