    I don't want to use UTF-8 in my tikiwiki, because my user's webmail can't read UTF-8 mails, so I wan't to use GB2312 directly, how can I?

    Maybe setup via the php.ini?

    If set the character set to gb2312 in php.ini, The tikiwiki web page can't display normally. So I changed 'UTF-8' to 'gb2312' in all the tikiwiki .php files, then it display normally.
