OK, how about using the REGEX plugin to remove the text?  
Create a wiki page with just:

/Items found: /::

And then put the REGEX plugin around your tracker list:

{REGEX(pageName=TheNameOfYouRegexPage)}
{ your tracker list }
{REGEX}
