    You can do this easily with the GROUP Questionplugin.

    Something like this would work:

    Copy to clipboard
    {GROUP(groups=>Students|Trainers)}The Question Goes here{GROUP}
{GROUP(groups=>Trainers)}The Answer Goes here{GROUP}
