Contact Us

I did everything in ContactUs to setup up anonymous contact us but I can't find where to set anonymous permissions to the message service.

Also can you think why when I changed the menu to state contact me rather than contact us in the menu, why it hasn't actually changed?

I don't think it is a cache thing

Hi drpeck,
on ReleaseProcess181 you can read

  1. Contact Anonymous fixed by marclaporte and Damian

remember to enabled the Contact Us and user Messaging features, set a contact name on Admin->General and let anonymous use the messaging system permission
So I guess you want to be using a CVS tarball.
For second question, I think the Application menu in Admin Menus is not in use by default, but a hardcoded one. you must assign it to a module and remove the other one.

Feel free to come on IRC #tikiwiki if you have more questions 😉

I'm using the latest files and still get a "You are not logged in" message when trying tiki-contact.php as an anonymous user. I turned on "Contact us" on the features admin page and set tiki_p_messages for the Anonymous group. Am I missing something? Is this working for other people?
