Re : bookmark module flakiness

very likely, you're refreshing after adding a bookmark. This last added bookmark will duplicate when you refresh. Here Firebird issues a POSTDATA warning. If I agree to continue anyway, the problem occurs.
I don't know how much of a bug this is. I get similar behavior at SourceForge if I don't pay attention after I post a comment (comment will duplicate).
You could obviously add a duplicate check in the add bookmark function if you need to avoid it.
