    Your php.ini is normally in the root of your webfolder (but this may vary, depending on your host).

    If you want the image to  be a popup, you probably want thumb=popup.

    What Tiki version are  you using? I tested with Tiki14 and it works as expected. See the demo site: https://demo.tiki.org/14x/ImageTestQuestion
