At least once a month, when I attempt to visit my wiki, I am presented with a Tiki Installer Disabled page, like now (learngis.org). If I wait an hour or two, it corrects itself, but I'm not sure why this happens. I thought it might be security, but I get the same no matter where I login from.

Is this a problem with my shared hosting? Database access? Tiki itself? Way too many factor to even say?
