    Perhaps I am just missing a setting somewhere but I am trying to set up a social site. Searching and listing users are needed. Under the community menu item list users is shown but when I click on it I just get redirected to the home page even as an admin. there is nothing set in htaccess that I see. Is there another setting blocking this?

    Issue confirmed also here in t.o.
    A bug, in my opinion.

    Until fixed, you can do some custom one with a wiki page and pluginMemberList or the module users_list
