Bad handling of accents
Has anyone noticed that if you create page names with accented characters in them they show up all bizarre in the URL? I presume they are getting converted out of UTF-8 into something more primitive 
I hadn't bothered with this until I came to uploading an image file in a Wiki page. My file was called "DéposerSIP.jpg", and this is the name in the reference that Tiki generated for me. However, the uploaded file had gotten called something like "Da@poserSIP.jpg" so the reference didn't work until I changed the filename and the Wiki reference to match each other.
