    • Problems installing Live Support

    Live Support does list under Menu/Settings,
    and I can designate Operators, but
    I get an error page when I click on the "Module Options" tab.
    Also the "Generate HTML" button just flashes the page, I can reach the Generate HTML page manually, but the generated html code is not parsed.

    As I am very new to Tiki Wiki, and now find myself as the admin of a large system where our new members require considerable coaching, Live Support is really important to us.

    Is it appropriate for me to make a Wish that such an important feature be given repair priority? Are there other avenues I could take to bring attention to this lost feature?

    If BigBlueButton really can replace Live Support without the use of video, I would be willing to install it, try it out, and document how to use it as the New-Live-Support. But first, I would need someone experienced with it to recommend it.
