Issues upgrading 14 to 16
Following the instructions (or as near as I can) I run through the upgrade, upgrade the database and get to the end where it says enter your wiki, regardless of weather I choose to lock the installer or not, instead of forwarding me to the wiki it just dumps me back at the installer screen (even if I change the URL) (gives me the login if I leave the installer unlocked or the warning that its locked if I lock it).
Any ideas?
