You can give permissions to the default groups for each gallery by editing the properties of the individual gallery. Or if you need to assign permissions to more than the default groups as supplied by tiki core, you can create new groups and assign permissions to those new groups, the new groups could be anything or anyone. Perhaps that may be the way to approach this.
