Data from external database into wiki page
I currently have an external database that I would like to be able to pull data from into wiki pages.
For example, if I had a wiki page on each state, then I'd like to get the land size, population, capital, etc., from the external database.
I know trackers have some ability to do this, and I am investigating that, but does Tikiwiki have a method to pull it from a completely different database?
As for the trackers, do they allow for complicated queries, such as several left joins or retrieving the list of states and then getting a list of all the counties for each state (in this case, the number of counties in each state vary)?
