Images are not loading after moving from W2008 -> W2012
After moving from W2008 platform to W2012, tikiwiki images are not loading.
Apache lists there row to access.log

I get nothig to php error log.
If I access file download link directly like this host:port/tiki/tiki-download_file.php?fileId=535
it downloads the file to my workstation. Image size seems to be corret, but no image software seems to open image..
