    i've downloaded Tikiwiki 1.8.2
    in Tracker Section there is a facility for attachment and comment
    which we have to enable it while creating new tracker
    inspite of option being enable i'm not able to see the dialouge box for comment and attachment
    what could be the possible reason ?
    i checked the documentation, there also it is mention of such option.

    so can anybody help me ???

    these are tabs that my not be visible depending on your style and/or browser choice.

    try a different style or browser to compare effect

    You also need to have one of your trackers fields checked for displaying the tracker information, thats configured through the admin trackers interface in the field designer.
