Gary, the only time I see the certificate is when I access the demos from themes.tiki.org. Last night when I was trying to access the demo's a certificate appeared as well with Edge and Chrome.
This morning I am able to access the demos from themes.tiki.org using Edge and Chrome, but firefox is still showing the security cert. Hmmm.
Firefox is on Windows, and yes most current version.
Hope this helps, or perhaps it's on my end?
