I had an email saying: 50 or more unsuccessful login attempts have been made. Your account has been suspended. Contact your site administrator to reactivate it. I now get the message: Account requires administrator approval when trying to login

I have access to the Cpanel and PHP file but I'm not too sure how to get logged back in?
