Selecting Wiki structure pages to be printed / grouped for PDF (book creation)
Yes, i think categories would be the only way to go, but yes, the page order would be hard to keep (nothing in unified search re structures afaics)
Maybe you can export the page names from the structure, edit that and then use that as a filter for a plugin list thing?
Or (just maybe) you can set the page permissions to be not readable for the ones you don't want and use structure print?

As you mention ideally yes native Tiki Print feature, using Structure Print should be used but I can't find "Structure Print" in the documentation (best recipe I found is https://doc.tiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=Printing%20the%20Documentation

I wondered if I could find an easy to duplicate a structure and then edit it to manage order.
Still to evaluate... how the drag'n'drop structure thing works when you have 500 pages... (user-friendly ?)
