How do I update an attached file on a wiki page?

If I upload a new version of a file it just creates another file ID so I end up with two files, having then to delete the old one.

I know in file galleries I can click the wrench and upload a new version but there's no wrench tool on the attachments on a wiki page.

To make matters worse, on some pages I like the files in a certain order so when if I update one I have to upload all the files and delete all the old file id ones.

Settings: Tiki V7.2. Files are stored in a directory, Admin/Wiki/Features/Manage Attachments shows the files but no wrench tool. There's no file gallery for these files in the File Galleries. Under Admin/File Galleries/General Settings I have "Keep same file ID for latest version of a file" checked.

Nearby that setting, it says "use file galleries for wiki attachments -this is unchecked. When I check it, the whole attachment section and all the files disappear from the wiki page. (They come back when I uncheck it).

Another Clue:

I added the "Last Modified File Galleries" module to my right column and the name of the page is there; I click it and it look like it is a file gallery for the page but it says "no records found". Yet the files are all visible on the wikli page.

Thanks Rick-

Think I have it solved. I did not have "use file galleries for wiki pages checked" before I made the page. Because I initially check it after I created the page and uploaded docs it didn't work right.

I checked it again, all the files disappeared but as I upload them again I can see the files on the page, also in the file gallery created for the page and I set "display replace menu in context menu" and that puts the "upload new version" in the "tools" menu by each file.
