    I have created a tracker filter which has a field of type category.In the insert item flow I get to see all subcategories as the options for this field.But once I create a filter I don't get any options to choose except for "Any".

    I have tried the filter with dropdown and they work fine.Only with categories it is a problem.

    Does this happen with all users? If so, check your category permissions (users will need list and view in order to display the categories).

    I believe this has already been identified as an issue in the current 12.x. I'm not sure of the current status. FWIW, it works fine in all of my 9.x LTS installations.
